Which fruits are not allowed into my State?

In the United States, the entry of the following fruits is not allowed:

  • Sweet Passion fruit
  • Soursop

What is our food safety policy?

Our producers are certificated in food safety by Global G.A.P (Good Agricultural Practice), Rainforest Alliance and BASC (Business Alliance for Secure Commerce), and our processes as CULTAMA Company are regulated by FDA (Food & Drug Administration).

Where does your produce come from?

Our products are grown, harvested, and packed in Ecuador.

Can I choose/change the packaging?

All our packaging are specifically designed to accommodate the size of our arrangements and to complement the appearance of each fresh fruit. Boxes may vary from those shown on our website.

How long will the fruit last?

We work with the best producers to ensure the duration of our products. If refrigerated the fruits will last up to 30 days, if not they’ll last 3 weeks maximum.

Does your fruit contain preservatives?

Our fresh fruit is completely natural. Preservatives are never added. We preserve the cold chain to provide you with the best products for your consumption. For the frozen pulp additives please ask specific information to our sales team. 

How does your company engage with the community?

At Cultama we believe in the power of giving back when our fruits are deemed unsellable due to cosmetic imperfections or surplus production, we collaborate with food banks like Feeding America, to provide these fruits to families and individuals in need.

Where can you deliver?

We deliver to East Coast (NY, NJ), Midwest (CH), West Coast (LA), Southeast (FL). In Canada we deliver to Ontario and Quebec. We are currently working to extend our reach.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via international transfer to our local bank in Ecuador.
