Sweet & Sour Sauce

A fun way to consume our products is to make combinations like this: tamarillo and golden berries, ready to create the most delicious sauce you've ever tasted!

Ingredients:

  • 50 oz. of fresh Cultama's golden berries.
  • 2 fresh Cultama's tamarilloes.
  • 1 clove of garlic.

Preparation:

  1. Wash all the fruits properly.
  2. Boil the tamarillos to peel them easily.
  3. Put the fruits in the blender along with the garlic and process until create a paste.
  4. Stir and enjoy.

You can dip some malanga chips in it for a healthy and tasty snack!

Exotic Fruit Bowl

Energy, fun and vitamins guaranteed.

Ingredients:

  • 50 oz. of fresh Cultama's golden berries.
  • 1/2 fresh Cultama's red dragon fruit.
  • 1 fresh Cultama's yellow dragon fruit.
  • 1 fresh Cultama's sweet passion fruit.
  • 1/2 pomegranate seeds.
  • 1 star fruit, for garnish.
  • 1/2 banana.
  • 1/4 cup of milk.
  • Quinoa balls.

Preparation:

  1. Wash all the fruits properly.
  2. Cut the banana in pieces and blend with the milk.
  3. Stir the mix in a bowl.
  4. Cut the goldenberries, starfruit and the dragon fruit.
  5. Put the berries, dragn fruit, quinoa balls and pomegranate seeds on top of the mix.
  6. Decorate your bowl with some slices of starfruit and enjoy.

Malanga Chips

The versatility of tropical products is unique! Cultama brings you these crunchy malanga chips.

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr. of fresh Cultama's malanga.
  • Salt.

Preparation:

  1. Wash all the fruits properly.
  2. Peel the tuber.
  3. Cut it into thin slices.
  4. Fry them.
  5. Sprinkle some salt and enjoy.

You can enjoy them alone or accompanied by a rich spicy tamarillo and golden berrries sauce.

Cultama's Piña Colada

If you like piña colada… Cultama has the perfect recipe for you!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Cultama's pineapple in chunks.
  • 1 cup coconut milk.
  • 1 cup ice.
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional).
  • Pineapple chunks, for garnish.

Preparation:

  1. Wash all the fruits properly.
  2. In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, ice, and honey (if using).
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed, adding more honey if desired.
  5. Pour the piña colada into glasses and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

This non-alcoholic version of the classic tropical cocktail is perfect for those who prefer to skip the alcohol but still want to enjoy the delicious flavors of pineapple and coconut.
